For your first laundry pick-up, remember to put your name, campus address, and phone number on a piece of paper and put it inside your bag. We will not pick-up laundry in hampers, baskets or anything that cannot be tied closed. If you do not have a laundry bag that ties closed, a trash bag will work for the first pick-up (If you use a trash bag, please also put a note on the outside of the bag if leaving on the porch, so it is not mistaken for trash). We will give you a Busybody's laundry bag, with bar coded name tag on the first delivery.

Unless you have been otherwise notified, put your laundry out by 8:00 am on your designated day according to the street you live on. If you do not have a place to safely leave your laundry, please call us at 734-665-COOL to make other arrangements. We can also use door codes, keys or fobs, if you choose to provide them for us. Laundry is delivered by the next day.
